    IF he has permission to be up there, and if the landowner is happy for the car to have been left up there, then alas its not fly tipping.

    I'm still not sure whether the OP is a liar, or just naive/stupid but i'm assuming the car is probably still up there!

    I think the OP is a bit naïve as apposed to anything else. He started driving up there and it went ok. He continued and it kept going. He continued some more...

    His opinion on it being stuck... he probably doesn't realise it's bellied out. Probably doesn't realise the risk up there as it's local to him so it's the norm. He's also nig's brother. ;)

    If yer look at the pic's int post 152 there's a building with a tree to the right of it, both ont t'other side of the main road int distance. That would mean the track he's on runs in the direction of the words Quarries and Quarry, on yer map. The Pic shows the track he's on lines up roughly int same direction as the building/tree int distance. It's not on the bit called footpath.
