Going off the photo it looks like a simple drag off that hump.

I know that .. it's just that originally google showed it as 1, which is a restricted byway ... and I'd rather be certain where it is ..

Even if a restricted byway, we could still gain acccess as the police have been informed and it only takes the local bobby to point us up the lane as a recovery vehicle and all is well. “One should always follow highway rules unless directed otherwise by the police”.

I'm awful with directions, just dealing with this for my husband whilst he's at work. All I know is if you looked up to the right was the long man up on the hill. Trying to get better location details from my friend that was with us.
