Hello one and all.
A small bit of advice please.
I had my VCU replaced last year it was a refurbed one from bell.
The landy drove well and was happy has lary untill the week end.
Whilst reversing with a small amount of right lock there came a strange noise from the rear a kind of grinding slash rattle along with judder
I stopped the car and tried it forwards and it was ok then tried revers and it happened again tried it with left lock and no problems.
Any ideas before the garage take me to the cleaners?
My other new problem is when starting the old dear up the reves stay at 1000 untill the car is at normal operating temp IE the gage is half way when it's warm every thing is ok. I am thinking that the auto choke is poorly?
I am planing to turn the revs down but being a car biff I have no clue any pointers would be welcome.
I was planning a trip up to Scotland but do not fancy it if the old dear is going to go tits up
