yea after a while! the old man had more than one cav on his fleet(white ones) that he shultz up to rub strips so they looked better????

I use shultz gun and ltr tin of wax oil and 5 ltr wax oil
wax oil or shultz can be thinned with white spirit.

Wax oil needs heating first

which would you say is better waxoyl or shultz?

i want it to obviously protect it but to look neat aswell:)

Ultimately wax oil as VW etc drench their vehicles in it.

But shultz with wax oil is a compromise as it goes like paint unless very hot or solvent on it.

shultz is ok till water gets under it , then it traps the water and rotts what you wanted to protect in the first place .
I dont rate it much tbh

I don't disagree, the shultz with wax oil is better in high wear area's

i take it waxoyl dosnt set like shultz then? i think ill shultz inner wings and high impact areas then waxoyl underbody. only problem ive got is theres no pressure washer at work. i can get most of underneath at local morrisons jet wash but does it have to be spotless prior to waxoyling it?

You need to get dusty mud off, wax oil is like butter on toast as it sets and cools.

Shultz with wax oil will go off like paint, and hopefully a compromise.
plain shultz is bad news as said.
