Hi Greg
I saw a very similar landy to yours in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire today. With an identical snorkel in the same position etc. Did yours have a winch on the front bumper? did yours have two triangular stainless doors on the rear? I'l run by tommorow and see if it is still there. Any body work bumps or marks I can check for? Hope you get her back soon
Ben

Hi Ben
The landy had a winch bumper but no winch fitted, only visable features are sign writing, may be it would have some marks from removal, the tipper body fitted by foleys with a tow hitch protector plate. thats about it other than the snorkel, bodywork was A1
Regards Greg

Hi Ben
Just thought of another noticable feature the rear lights have been changed to console lights as per photo.
Cheers greg

Sorry to hear about your loss, I'll keep my fingers crossed and eyes open (doubt it'll be up around here in the North West though). Have you registered the details on mystolenlandrover.com etc?

Hi - we own a Landrover business in South Oxfordshire. Several of our customers have recently had their vehicles stolen. We are also hearing of other people in the area that this is happening to. These vehicles must be going somewhere and we believe it is a local operation. They are brazenly being stolen from driveways. Our advice - keep vehicles locked at all times, alarmed and if possible, hemmed in by a car.

Welcome to landyzone. We appreciate the advice but as many of us are already aware locking, alarming and blocking in our vehicles isn't enough. Disklocks fitted with the steering on full lock, clutch claws fitted, electrics isolated and alarm sounders relocated to elsewhere are just a few of the things that are helping to keep our vehicles safe.

shotgun blank alarms work very well,i used to get a lot of scrotes come into my driveway.after they tripped one about 6 months ago i've had no more unwelcome guests.
