Hi to you one and all,

I've driven loads of 90 NADs and Wolf when I was in the RAF. Last week, I bought a 90 pick up to have some fun with. However, the clutch pedal is very stiff, with the bite point close to the floor, perhaps 2 inches of travel from the floor before it bites. Anyone got any ideas how I can raise the bite and also prevent me from having overworked left quadriceps?

Cheers

assuming that all is as it should be with your clutch hydraulics a low biting point is good news. The higher the bite. The less clutch plate left. If you want the bite point higher slip the clutch.:D:D:D

As for legs like popeye. I can't remember if it's the master or slave ( I have a feeling it's the master cylinder) on a V8 that has a bigger bore than a standard cylinder. Fitting one of these will reduce the effort required. Pm Iannotts. He'll know which it is and may even be able to sort one out for you.;)

i have also found my new land rover has a very very stiff clutch, again thought it was something i would have to live with but if someone could tell me a way to make life easier i would love to chat.
