Sticking handbrake

Think me handbrake is sticking, had to rev the nuts off it to get it moving last night n this morning.Have jet washed the bottom over the weekend any chance the water has frozen in the drum?Once its free the handbrake works fine and dont stink no more.Cheers for ya help!

he said its better THAN oil on it, meaning that is what usualy gets on yer handbrake shoes
