Hi All. Clueless wife post, sorry in advance!
Looking to buy my hubby a new steering wheel for our silver wedding anniversary. He’s got a 2002 Defender 90. I like the look of the Momo steering wheels but will I need to buy a boss to make it fit? Any advice or recommendations gratefully received. I’m in the east Devon area of the uk.
Thanks

Hi nice thought.

You will need to by a boss dependent on what steering wheel you get. It makes sense to ring / email the company and ask the question.

look on ebay defendr sports steering wheel (one for a classic mini cooper / leather will fit just fine ) people just pop a landrover badge in the middle and sell them as Defender "sports steering wheels" no need for a boss . If you use a boss is pushes the sterring wheel nearer to the driver, unless your husband is a smurf thats not good, cos there no room in there at the best of times!
