Hi Guys,

I usually watch the Disco4 and formally the P38 areas but I'm helping my son with his TD5 110 and hope I can tap into the depth of knowledge and experience you have. The steering box is leaking and expecting the usual steering arm location I set myself up to do it. However on closer inspection after cleaning up, it's not coming from there. It seems that turning to full lock with the engine running is making the leak but it is coming down between the box and the chassis. The seal in the steering column spindle also seems OK as do the obvious pipe connections. The leak is more than a weep, quite a drip when initiated which you would think make it easy to trace.

Anyone had this before, is there a plug or unobvious connection that could be leaking? I've searched the forum but nothing has come up.

Thanks for your helpful advice.
