Starting trouble - Must be starter circuit?

bench test the starter before refitting! (inc using lump of wood)
test it on the motor before refitting and restrictive exhaust pipe!
mind your fingers. may be easier with an assistant.

3/8th drive, and long (probably 2) extension from underneath.
