we think we have found the problem lol, took rocker cover off,and removed rocker tops, and found a few push rods bent,so thinking this is due to timming belt slipping a tooth or 2 lol, will let you guys know the full out come tomoz ...

Thanks for all your help in this matter

I'd go back to basics and eliminate components one by one. Take off pipe from air filter to inlet manifold. Rig up a gravity feed from a bottle and connect to FIP, crack off all 4 injector unions and crank to bleed.

If it starts move bottle to inlet side of filter and repeat.

Move back along fuel line, lift pump, sedimentor. A leak between tank and lift pump won't leak diesel out but will leak air in so check carefully.

Have you checked the gauze on the end of the in tank pick-up pipe?

As said you should have a good flow at the top of all 4 injectors with no bubbles when bleeding.....if you do then she should at least fire up with a confirmed feed to the FIP.

If not it's a timing/mechanical issue.

Something has changed......what were you doing after the last time she started?

Aha! Hadn't had a little play in any puddles by any chance?

so its just the filter you filled with fresh diesel?
can you explain how you pressured it back up, and where the normal diesel came out?
as with most net based diagnostics, we dont know your capabilities and procedures, and as much info as possible is required in order to be at least half helpful.
pages could be written on what to do and how to do it, but it saves us all time if the details are there in the first place.

useful bits to be going on with-
-remove glowplugs and check operation with good battery
-check operation of glow plug circuit on motor
-disconnect all injector pipes and crank over till fuel spurts out
-ensure a decent battery and good cranking speed.
-replace injector pipes and crank till vapour comes out of glow plug holes
-replace glow plugs, follow glow plug cycle and crank engine
-note colour and density of smoke emitted from tail pipe
-note any attempts at firing
-avoid easy start!
spot on

hahaha ok so get everything sortted untill......lol after putting pushrods in checked rocker shaft and refitting a 13 mm bolt snapped on me lol,hmm no spairs for that 1 lol
so where do i get 1 from and what are theses bolts called lol, cannot seem to find them anywhere?

Your 13mm bolt is probably an M8, easily obtainable from just about anywhere. All you need is the length sorting.
