Starting problem ( maybe alarm immobilizer)

Hi all.
I am a novice with the Landy (110, Puma engine, 2013 year).
I want to ask for help and advise.

Alarm went off. I turned it off as usual with remote.
Later, when i'm tried to start the car nothing happens.
But red dot on dashboard start to beep. And under the hood was heard the rhythmic sound. From there, where there is an additional alarm with backup battery.

Maybe anti-theft protection with engine immobilization?

What is your opinion?

Sounds like you need one of the diagnostic thingies. Has the battery gone flat recently maybe it has lost its pairing to the remote/ immobiliser?

Batterry is fine, checked and recharged.
I think remote control also good, cause i'm try to use second one and nothing happens.
But i'm going to check pairing.

Today will try use ECE key for unlocking.
