Evening all.
I have yet another dilemma with my 2006 TD6 RR. Yesterday, I swapped the passengers side door lock as it didn't lock or unlock with the key. This went with no issues, other than the new one didn't lock or unlock

. Anyway, it was second hand and could be a dud so will buy a new one. After the car was put back together, I noticed that the radio screen wasn't on, the orange light on the power button not illuminated, and the nav DVD wouldn't eject. I pulled the fuses in the glove box for the radio, all fine, but then started to work after I replaced fuse 49 with the original fuse that came out.
This morning, I went back out to it, and the radio not working again. Did the same thing with the fuses, and pulled fuse 49. This was good and worked when this was replaced with again the original fuse.

Whilst there, and with the engine running I pulled fuse 15 for the central locking to check it as the door wouldn't lock as per the door lock replacement. As soon as I pulled it, the alarm siren sounded continuously for 30 seconds (not beeping but a 30 second long, ear piercing beep) then stopped for about 10 seconds. It keeps doing this cycle non stop. The only thing stopping it is disconnecting the battery. The remote fob won't work but I can still start the engine. Any ideas what I've done?

The car is a 2005 registered vehicle, but with a 2006 VIN. Its the 3.0 TD6 Vogue if it makes any difference.

Any help appreciated.
