SRS & Anti Lock Light on.. Won't start just clicks

I put new brakes, new battery, new radiator hose, new spark plug wires, and new altenator and belt. Last nite driving home the SRS & Anit lock lights came on, then my radio started turning on and off by itself. I don't know if its censors or fuses. Also the spedometer started bouncing up and down and at one point stopped working. I made it home safely and turned the car off. When I tried to start it again it won't crank just a clicling noise. If anyone could give me any advice on what to do< that would be great

I would guess an alternator problem. You often get sporadic electric gremlins when the alty is just about to blow.
