Squeak while moving

Hi! am getting a kind of repeated squeaking noise when starting off from standstill, it increase with the speed, after going about 15km per hour or higher the squeaking noise disappears totally. Again when slowing down to a crawl I can hear it again.

Have replaced all the wheel bearings, not sure if the brake pads on the handbrake or main brakes are touching. All are over 6 months old and hard done over 2000 km.

Have you tried jacking up each wheel and turning it by hand?
