Spraying Matt Nato Green Paint

I'm pretty sure that you can't actually buy NATO paint because it's so toxic. The stuff they call NATO is most probably copied. It's still good though. If you find real NATO paint it's very expensive because of how hard it is to find. If you use the real stuff, be careful.

Nato green is sposed to be applied just like the squaddies do. Slap it on with a brush. It goes on easy and covers really well. Then when you scratch it or it flakes off cos you dind't clean the landy before painting it, you just slap some more on.

Sprayed mine with NATO green lookalike from Blanchards, near York. Can't remember what I thinned it with but I think I used celly thinners. Blanchards said thin it with anything you've got! Covered really well and no runs. When it gets really dirty, wash the vehicle, wait for it to properly dry and then spray WD40 over it and rub with clean cloth to dry. Brings it back to that just sprayed finish.
