Hi all,
I’ll explain the points first so I don’t rattle on:
30psi
30 percent slow thinners - base and hardener mixed as per spec sheet. 15 percent advised is too thick. I’ve read elsewhere of others using 40%
**** cheap gun - I used one in a set rather than my good one as my good one was a bit mucky (now cleaned)
First go at spraying, 50% overlap. 3 coats in total.
my issue is, the corner looks like glass, however main panels areas are very orange peely. Any tips? I think this will wet sand out but don’t want that much labour on every single panel.
I’m fairly happy with it for first go. Despite sheeting up and wetting there was bits of **** in the paint but again I half expect that and also think they may sand out.
