Gotta say the legal arguement is a bit of a sideshow in all actuality here I think. I believe the real issue is the fact if the general concensus is discomfort with the idea, don't go ahead. To publish a picture of someone's vehicle against their wishes is at best disrespectful and inflamitary.

You are clearly very perverted, i could understand you taking photo's at a show of classic and collectable land rovers and possibly putting some photo's on here but to go around taking photo's of any L R you see is beyond me.
Possibly you carry a camera for other perverted reasons and are just taking landy photo,s in between.

or simply stopped at the traffic lights, which are clearly visible on red, or were both you and the overfinch double parked along side the red transit type vehicle on the inside lane, which would mean a VERY unusual road junction with two lanes of parking to the nearside, and a turn right filter lane on the right ?
