Hi All,
Had to replace my plugs on my girl today as number 4 cylinder was running awfully, and luckily new plugs fixed the problem so it wasn't anything more expensive.
The plugs i took out were really pointed at the tip of the gap, does this mean worn plugs or is it just the way they are made? The new plugs i put in had a flat spherical shape on the gap electrode so i assumed they wear down the point over time and with electrons running through them?
Btw... for anyone who struggles to find the spark plug gap measurement it's 1.0mm... had my haynes out and everything trying to find it and even did a search on here to no avail. Eventually i found it in my haynes after reading several pages pointlessly. Why it just couldn't tell me under the 'changing a spark plug' section is beyond me.
