Spammers...

I am getting many reports that people are using the PM system to spam other members about other websites. We don't usually have a problem with people putting links in sigs or linking to relevant material on other websites, but using landyzones bandwidth for outright spamming is a bit out of order.

Any reports up to now have been disregarded, but from now on anyone PM spamming or blatently spamming in the forum will be slapped on the wrists

If anyone wants any advice about how to gain visits to other websites without spamming, then feel free to PM me.

anythin u can do bout those WOW spam ****s who ruin all the forum sections for a time? think its soemthin ta do with warhamma or somthin like that??anyway keep up the good work

yeah I second that summit about gold and that. Wouldnt mind if it was sumfing relevant like cheap tyres or bits I need/want but fantasy makebelief stuff...aint got time for that, I got a land rover to fix!
 
how about putting a captcha on the PM forms? (one of those things where you have to type in the numbers/letters show in an image) This would stop automated signups sending out spam through PM's
