Cairns Blue 110 County Station Wagon.

I've owned "Elsa" for eight years and have maintained her regardless of cost, bills for £10,000 over that time.

2005 so has the better one piece doors but the lower rate of road tax

Recent five brand new Boost Alloys with tyres, side steps, brand new XS steering wheel, injector seals and harness, exhaust manifold etc.
Service history from new.
Wiper mechanism all new (no droopy wipers here!)
Clutch and DMF replaced. Clutch assist spring kit fitted.

No leaks...took years but when it rains the interior stays dry. Adjustable dampers (soft, normal, firm)

It's standard CSW except for
the following

Tow bar and 13 pin electrics
Dog guard LR gen
Cruise control
Extra soundproofing (75dB in the cabin at 60mph, better than a lot of ordinary cars)
Heated windscreen
Upgraded stereo with sub in the seat box
Chassis and bulkhead regularly sprayed with wax inside

Bodywork almost perfect, look at the photos
Can send more photos

SOLD

Love it GLWS, deffo would have had this over the T6 purchased a couple of months ago! Sure it not be round long.

No interest on Ebay either, not even any questions or offers, is it the mileage? There was a 75,000 mile 2005 grey 110XS SW on Ebay at £22,995 and it looked a lovely example, it took weeks before (l assume) it sold as the listing ended.

Maybe the increase in LEZ's and other forthcoming restrictions on older diesels are hitting values.

Round here the new LEZ meant any Defender classed as "Commercial" would pay £10 per day, luckily it was put on ice but not before the local LR specialist's showroom became full of Hard Tops.

I don't think it's the vehicle it may just be between the 2 buying markets. The current climate and time of year not be helping, once everything settles down I'm sure there will be interest.
Everything for a reason enjoy it for now and I'm sure a buyer will come around

In recent weeks, defenders and landies in general appear to have plateaued in price. Likely due to the cost of living crisis, fuel and LEZ schemes. This might explain it in part.
