Soft Beach sand and.............

The off roading that I will be doing when my 90 arrives will be really soft beach sand

and limestone bush trails, sharp rocks and holes and sme mud but really sharp hard rock.

What tyre would you recomend?
And what size for standard suspension?

If the sand is that soft then you'll need to run your tyre's on lower pressures (best have some waffle boards handy in case you get dug in), as for sharp rock ... they are going to cut/rip your tyres no matter what brand/make you use. Hopefully someone will be along soon with tyre suggestion's for you.

get some beadlockers so you can run low pressure, and get the widest tyres you can, and dont get a really aggressive treat you will just dig holes everywhere

They look ok, personally if I was going to traverse sand I'd make sure that a back up vehicle was there as it's so easy to get stuck.

I owned a Suzuki SJ413 some years back.
We used to try and stick it on the beach but could not.
I'm sure the Defender will be superior.

actually from experience a SJ with fat tyres will out perform a defender on very soft ground any day

size 265/75r16 , run at 18psi, use AT tread pattern , BFG AT, Bridgestone desert dueller . new tyres rather than retread. that about covers it, reinflate to normal running pressure when coming off beach , although if you keep speed down run slightly soft on limestone . avoid harsh acceleration on either surface. try and drive just above highwater mark if alone so if it goes wrong you dont lose the car, if travelling together just above water line where sand is firmer. HTSH
