Snorkel and shock turret help please

Here are some pics of mine..... Note how high on the side of the airbox, the snorkel inlet goes - this means I cannot lift the current airbox very much. You can also see that the inlet pipe fouls the water pipe, and the rubber buffer on the top of the shock.
 
I know which way i would go !
another air box then get in contact with a supplier to get rubber pipe then butcher old air box for the inlet if a supplier won't supply bits you have missing to make like mine :)
 
I just measured the shock mount turrets. Std are 10", mine are 11".

Butchering is not my style - I prefer to use "off the shelf" stuff if I can.
I will have a play in the next week or two. I think lifting the airbox and moving it closer to the wing might, just, work, otherwise it will mean a bespoke airbox outlet pipe. :eek:
 
Mad hat, would you consider getting an abs snorkel then for about £70 and selling yours then either get another airbox or stick a plate over that hole

This is gunna cost you a bacon butty M/H/M:):):):eek::eek::eek:!
First get rid of the agr valve !
Then you can move inlet to Turbo closer to your motor, blank out let from air box ! (are you with me so far ??)
Then make a new out let for air box ! & fit it in were the O is in the side of the air box !( nearest to the rad)
Elbo to suet ! re pipe ! short piece of s/s pipe jube clips ! job done & no need to move air box !!
Mmmmmmm can taste the bacon already:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::p

ps Just had another look & you may get away without moving valve !!

Yeah my egr and cat lasted 3 days after I got the disco

Well I ordered me springs today, think il try those terrafirma +5 adjustable jobbies aswell now I have some ideas about the front turret problem
