Snapped propshaft- VCU mount

My defender 90 has been making a clunking noise whilst changing gear, it then started to vibrate quite considerably last time i drove it. then earlier today i drove it and the vibrating got worse, the propshaft then decided to fly off. The bit that holds it on seems to have snapped but am unsure whether it was the VCU end or the diff end. does anybody know what this is and how much £££ or can i do it myself. Cheers.

Well it int the VCU cause yer 90 int nevva had one fitted.
