snaping sound

help, noticed this morning i have a snaping sound coming from the drivers side wheel, it started when i drove of the curb, onto road, it now does it when i apply me breaks, its reacently had full set of pads on, could this have something ta do with me new sound??:confused:
 
Funny sounds!!!! loads of things but could be simple like the anti rattle pin on the brake pads incorrectly or not put in . i had that . is it metallic? and more under heavy breaking, or all the time? is there a slight jolt?
Who did your stoppy things?
