Smokin' !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I'm new to the site - just got a computer! Anyway problems with my beloved Landy. Have failed the MOT on excessive smoke emissions! The engine (300 TDI) was profesionally reconditioned 3 years ago, probably covered onlly 15,000 miles since. I am planning on putting it back through it's test (another £40 - no free re test anymore!!!) following an oil change, fuel/oil/air filter change and a thorough hammering down to the test centre - Fingers crossed this may work?
If any body could offer me any other tips/advice on this problem I would be very grateful

Add some Forte diesel injector cleaner it does the world of good

where are you in the country ?? i may be able to adjust the pump 4 u

I do use an additve/cleaner in the deisel. Adjusting the pump sounds interesting, I'm at Redcar, Cleveland
