Smart Key Not Found

Hi all over got a problem with my 2010 L322 that has the message smart key not found, changed the battery in both my Fobs now just says low battery even though I've replaced it twice, I think the KVA module may be at fault, I've done the no.17 fuse remove, battery terminal disconnect but still the same.. anyone know where the module is located ?

Were they new batteries, not 1s you have had in the draw for a years. Some have had problems, so may be worth trying a brand new battery from the shop.

But here attached component locations for the 2011 would image 2010 to be the same.

Does the smartkey have to held near the steering column to resync or is that a different landy?

I have just changed the batteries and carried on as normal.
