Small filter location

Hi all
I've read about the power loss on TD4's on hills and have changed the boost solenoid on mine and it didnt do the trick.Another post people had about it was a filter that lets the turbo vent to air.Where is that?
If anyone had pics that'd be great

The filter is in the right-hand (looking from drivers seat) rear corner of the engine compartment, below the brake fluid reservoir, behind the engine.

just hangs down loose behind the engine. might be worth changing the crankcase breather filter too while you're at it, unless you know it's been changed in the last 12000 miles or so

How come there is another hose fix at the bottom. Mine does not have any hose connected at the bottom
