Hi all I have Disco 2000 td5 and recnently had new tyres fitted all round. When it was dropped off the jack the rear end did not inflate. I have had no problems with the Disco since I bought it ( touching wood). I would appreciate some ideas please. I am a new member but have been viewing the forum for some while and have used the sugestions of one or two posts.

If it was down on the bumps jack it up untill half height to help the sensors...and check all doors and taildoor to be well closed

Hi back off jollys and tried that but no luck. Took out the compressor and that is working when I put a bit of voltage across. No voltage at main input, question is has it got to be put back in place before the comp, works only ask to save time. Also were might I find fuseable link. other than in fuse box in engine compartment.
Cheers

The compressor will only work (if it needs to) with all doors shut and the engine running.

The compressor operation is controlled by the SLABS ECU and activated by ride height sensors. So if when parked, the ride height sensors don't detect an anomaly, ie the ride height is correct, they won't trigger the compressor to work.
