Slight judder at 15mph

Hi, new to the forum, I have a 1.8 petrol mk1 freelander. Getting a noticible judder around 15mph, dissapears if slower or faster than this. Still there even if you take out of gear and coast through this speed. New towbar fitted. Any ideas????
