No bother.
Just a thought. Did you use blind pop rivets to fit the windows? ie ones that are sealed when the shank snaps off.
If not, you might want to push a bead of seam sealer, or similar, in to each pop rivet before you fit the filler strip. IIRC water can get through the hole in the centre of regular pop rivets. You don't want that.
