It seems that the sliding rear windows on my 110 csw aren't very good at keeping water out. Shame I had to be using a jet wash to find that out...
I'm also looking at a) making the back more secure and b) re trimming the runners to stop them rattling. I don't want to replace them with blanks as generally keeping it in csw trim, or in a way that can be very easily restored back.
So, as a way of killing all 3 birds I was thinking that I could use some clear silicone sealant to fix the windows in place, stop them rattling and keeping the water out. Thinking is that the sealant could be easily picked out to restore them in the future.
Thoughts - good idea / bad idea?!
