The slave cylinder went on my car yesterday I was just wondering if anyone can give me some info on replacement I've bought the full kit
New bracket and c clip
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Before fitting the hydraulics. Hang the master up on a tree or somewhere else, where the slave is vertically below master. Then push the slave piston right in (keep the plastic piston tie on). Then allow the slave to slowly come out again. Do this operation a couple of times, so any air in the system if forced to the master cylinder reservoir. Then fit the assembly, slave first, keeping the master held higher than the slave at all times.
This will keep any air out of the pipe and in the reservoir. Make sure the lever is very free to move (it should flop freely if moved).
Fit a new bracket and make sure the C clip holds the slave in place.
It's not a difficult job, but needs to be done right.
