Side light issues

Good evening all, I have a 2000 TD5 90 with some lighting issues.
The dipped beam on the drivers side went, which turned out to be a broken bulb so that was an easy fix. However the dash lights and side lights front and back are not working.
i swapped the bulbs for the other side which are working fine and still no joy.
Checked the fuses in front of the gearstick and there where 2 melted and broken. I replaced these but still no joy.
Any thoughts?

Which circuits were the blown fuses on?
You might have a short or earth issue and the blown fuses are a possible clue.

is a trailer socket fitted check for water and mud ingress ,
