So what's wrong with the P38?

Nothing much if you ask me (this week anyway). Just completed about 2000 faultless miles pulling the caravan to South of France and back and never missed a beat.

Lots of other Brits towing with their shiny new BM's, Audi's etc, all at least 8 years newer than our old thing.

Everything perfect - except the heated seats of course - but who needs 'em when it's 30 C in the shade. (They never worked anyway).

Fast she ain't (better with PSI box though). Just kept cruising away at 60 on the wide French roads. Averaged 22.8 mpg.

She's lovely.

Nothing's wrong with the P38s whatsoever, when they're working lovely like your one obviously is!

Comfortable, spacious luxurious great looking, the lot.
Hope your luck doesn't run out! :D
