had the car serviced today and the results are

needs

rear shocks
rear antiroll drop link
nearside front drag link
power steering box
near side radius arm bushes
swival ball leak
LPG leak at manifold :(

chassis solid which is a bonus for a 22 year old car lol

rear shocks - 15 minutes per side and about 12 pounds each,
rear antiroll drop link - If it were me I'd throw the bloody anti roll bars away Rover not needed between 1970-1995,
nearside front drag link - About an hour and a little dosh for parts,
power steering box - bit of a bitch but can be done Paddocks for a recon box and a morning to change,

near side radius arm bushes - I would change both sides for genuine bushes about an hour per side and about £15, And a huge press.
swival ball leak - again pain in the ass
LPG leak at manifold - specialist even if its a loose joint, I wouldn't touch at all, dont do LPG not at all!

im in for a mot .I be happy for that lot, apart from the box. Do the drag link then there wont be as much play in the steering box i betyasA as for the leaky swivl emty oil out put in one shot grease and steam sclean the swivel ball and surounding areas .then tell them to fail that. As for the others i would do it my self what kind of leak ?gasket replace, hole weld ,and lose pipe join replace. All in all not to bad wait to he tells you about your emissions then you can worry and play cat and mouse i call it! sensor mouse .cat mouse tail box mouse head mouse ;)
