Series insurance.

Sorry to bore you chaps but reading between the lines, I have 3 options in my Ser3 rebuild. I can return it to its original back with windows, fit a back without windows or turn it into a cab and open back. I think my choice will have an impact on the insurance premium, is this so?

with mine it was the number of seats they were more concerned about such as asking if i had the sideways seats in the back they didnt ask about the body just what was it being used for

I had my old Series IIa insured with th NFU and all they wanted to know was how many seats it said it had on the V5. Ran that with a variety of cabs and backs over the years.

when i was with flux i told them that i might change the body truck cab to hard top throughout the year they asked for pictures of both body styles and it was not a problem they were very picy about MODS apparently having painted axles is a mod and very particular about seating but i think they all are a pain in the arse

Painted axles??? I've painted my chassis bright red.
