Nice work mate. I feel sorry for you though, how old do you need to drive it on the road?
Anyway plenty of time to drive it on farm land:D

15 now, so couple of years, just enough time to build another one to sell so i can afford to use this one for my first car, thats the plan anyway:D already spotted a couple down the road that have been sat for a very long time!!
but we shall see

and yes, there will be lots of driving on farm land!! :D

Thats the way. i did the same, rebuilt a s111 as my first car and drove it around and around in circles on the farm until i was old enough to take it on the road:rolleyes:

had an afternoon on it today, so few bits done, and its got its face back :D

at the moment i got a massive rewire job on me hands before i touch anything on mine as i discovered today that the loom has been burned through in the past shorted out on me yesterday and cought fire so its wires out first for me im affraid

haha yer its alright ;)

yes, well im 16 in april so just over a year ;) but atleast it gives me the time to get her absolutly perfect and exactly as i want for when i get her on the road

yes wiring isnt much fun! you will get through it though im sure! just time taking, i think its the worst part of the whole lot!

are you going to make a new loom or buy a new one?

you can never have a big enough bumper!!!
i want a winch and proper galv winch bumper eventually, adds a bit more weight for when you hit something! :D

i was thinking something like what youd see on the front of a side loader or something that points towards my industrial capabilities ( like a wopping great length of structural steel with spotlamps built into armoured boxes and a couple of bateson tow hitches inline with the chassis legs and the slot ready fer a winch hidden behind it at a later date :jaw::jaw:

looks like it would shunt a skip out of the way much less a nurses friggin fiesta while she fooks off to the hospital for 8 hours straight :mad::mad::mad:

just one little question that grey grille bezzzel you got over the vents on yer dash is it defender or something aftermarket for a series ( i likes it ) :D:D:D

yes its a defender part, we had one lieing around and i think it just smartens it up a bit :)
