you can buy radius arm to chassis brakets and spring seat brackets for £25ish rear shocker mounts bolt on as do fronts ,front wheel arches can be swapped or made,can give you numbers and longer explaqnation if interested

So not worth it - that's one of the attractions - free tax

Only if your vehicle loses it's identity or needs a VIC check.

Otherwise how are VOSA supposed to know?

Mine was done in 1980's though prior to current VOSA guidance coming in.
