Series 111 speedo

Can any one help with re calibrating my speedo have fitted disco diffs and im running on 235/85 x 16 tyres. Cant afford any points.

have you got a sat nav ?

if you dont have satnav

Mark out a stretch of lane on the backroads and time yourself over 100m at 30


Then work out the difference in time Vs how long it should take

April 1st has been and gone

then how come you still exist now

No sat nav stolen that's my problem how do I know I'm doing 30?

you know how the speedo waves about now just take the lowest reading as your speed.
Ok i did this years ago with a v8 and 3 54 diffs,if you take off 10mph you should be ok,if you go over 50mph start taking a little more off,i never got a ticket so should be ok..
Get a pal to drive in front at 30mph etc to know for sure

Hi if u search it on google there is a couple off companys do it. They ask you to fill a form out with tyre size and things then tell u how to find the W factor. Then u send the info and the speedo headcto them and they calibrate it i think it said about £60

What phone do you have? If you have the iPhone there's a free app called car dashboard which I use as a speedo and it's just as accurate as a sat nav.

Thanks Mathewpink I will try that at least you understood its my speedo I want to adjust, sat nav is ok but they loose signal now & then.
