Now then, I have heard that early 110 Land Rovers are in demand in Germany, I may be wrong so please put me right. Something to do with the age I think as they cant import late vehicles ??
Also, does it have to be original, i.e. with it's V8 fitted rather than converted to diesel.
Just thinking that I might be able to shift me 110 to Germany for a good price.

There is a market...the prob is time/expense getting them over...however, if someone can get them to a port in the uk (pref Harwich)..i dont mind doing the last leg from holland to germany or denmark to germany.

I used to do it all myself but it is a 3 day tour and expenses mount up if it has to be trailered...its easy if they're t and t'd runners..

It isnt just 110's...theres a good market for any solid series or defender.

Yep, i flogged 2 different landy's to Krauts, didn't even intend to, they won em on ebay and cam over and picked em up.

Las one was me 110 200tdi, guy came over with a monster sized articulated flat bed, he was picking up six defenders on the trip.

I have seen 3 x 110's in a row over a time peirod of 10 mins in Cologne and a ton of em in Munich. Then I went to Maastricht in the Netherlands and they are driving them there too! Looks like they finally are getting it....
