Barstool thing rocks back and forth when accelerating and braking.

Anyone elses do it?

Weirdly it's only does it when set for my frame. IE all the way back with the seat base as low as poss at the back.

The PO was a smaller chap and in his position it's solid! Can't drive the car though!

Any suggestions, any way to tighten the rails up?

Hammer?

Cheers.

My BMW 325 did that from new:rolleyes:

From what I gather it is a fairly common thing (not just with the RR)
From memory I think one fix was by pinching the rail a bit as it is wear from the top and bottom tracks and the drive-screw. On my old rangie I tightened the rails and put a washer on the drive screw which made it a bit better, I will probably get to do this one at some point, but at the moment everything is now working so I don't wanna rock the boat. ;)
