i am **** hot with a spraygun but a complete novice with spanners in my hand....want to remove the scuttle vents on a series 3...removed the hinge pin.....and undone the 2 screws inside the cab holding the vent lever etc....do i now remove the 1 nut and bolt at the vent side as its quite fiddly to do or is they an easier way.....oh what spanner size please as we all have metric at work
The way ah did it on the bus was to take out the pins and then took off the two 8mm bolts that are on the vent cover.
