Saves me being bored.

Well,

There i was thinking stupidly that I had nothing to do on the tinkering side with the 90 and then last night, cruising down the motorway the battery light started flickering.

Then is stayed on, funnily enough it went out when I got off the motorway and slowed down for a few roundabouts, but then came on again.

Still, the old girl saves me being bored.

Heheheh, mine 'flickers' when I go into low box .. sometimes ... Can't find anything wrong anywhere that relates to it!!

This morning it was really dim, not existent on ignition in position 2 , then it flickers / stays dim as the engine is running.

fun to be had , the bottom bolt was jammed solid, tried hitting, irwin bolt removers, eventually rad and intercooler out to drill the bolt out.

Oh fun, fun, fun.

Now to look for someone local to check it out.

Well it is kaput,

Thought I would strip it and check it to look at changing the knackered bit, But the rectifier is held in place with nuts that do not have enough space to get a bite on them. May look at having to drill them out, but at this point have ordered a replacement.
