The brochures are what I had when I was buying my D2 in 2000. The postage will not be much more than about 2 quid I would think but the exact amount I have no idea.
You are the first to reply so if you want them you have first dibs.

And my D2 is a year 2000 as well.

Missing brochures is not the worst of problems with the D2 at the minute!
