Safari lamp wiring advice

Evening all

May I ask for some collective wisdom?

Is the wiring loom STC53208 the right one for the Safari 5000 lamps STC 8480 in a 2.4 TDCi Puma??

Also - any recommendations for a good car electrical expert with Defender know how, who could wire them in as per original spec (i.e. with the original land rover switch in the instrument panel), in Somerset/Devon area??
