If you were to get a bus you could only use it in bus lanes if it is
registered and Mot'd as a PSV vehicle. Converted buses which are
registerd as campers (and thus drivable on a car licence) are not
permitted in bus lanes

Living in Africa you need mass murder, serial rapist, gross fraud or worse

To be fair, the website does say "If you are a farmer or your job is
to tow heavy equipment we have no argument with you." One reasonable
statement in about 500 unreasonable ones, but credit where it's due

what about carrying 7 schoolchildren, including about 12 mi per day on
unsurfaced roads?

I don't think so - it's their main gripe - the school-run-mum!
