I had to fit a new front bumper and despite spending hours searching the web can't come up with a definitive answer to this:-
Did the car have painted bumpers and bumperettes when it was supplied new?
Seems daft that anyone with a gun pointed their way would want bright galvanised bumpers, but a lot of restored stuff seems to be that way.
Mine was green, then pink for Iraq, reverting to green again when it came back to the UK, then into bodger farm use, and I don't know who painted its bumpers in green.
