that has got to be expensive to recover that one ratty how would you do it

The army truck? If I had the equipment to do that one I'd use a couple of wreckers. one to right it and another to steady it to stop it toppling onto it's other side as it lands onto its wheels.

The 101 would be a doddle. If I was using my landy, A pair of winch brother chains and a double line pull on the winch to control the cable better. I'd also secure my landy with a ground anchor to be on the safe side. If I was using my truck I'd dig the bed and spec into the ground and yank it using chains and a single line pull on the winch.
The hardest part would be the clearing up the debris.
