Just bought a 2010 Defender 90 SWB. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the seats from a Mazda RX8 will fit. Does anyone know if this is correct?

You will have to take the seat out to get under the seat to the battery.

Why not just put your maximum bid on? I actually prefer to do it that way for stuff where there's a danger of me paying too much. Stick the max bid in and go out. Come home, and if you've got it great, if not you didn't spend too much.

Dunno really. Sometimes eBay does weird things with your bid, I also think you get slightly better deals bidding at the last minute as the person who is winning doesn't have time to increase their max bid.

you would have to unbolt it (faff!) or you can mount some quick release rails like i have on my alternative seats.

Fortunately the seats have been relisted so will actually bid this time. Fair drive to Barnsley to get em though
